So I've no secret about being an "ex-smoker" It's not that Im proud of paying a silly amount of money to slowly take years off of my life, but its more to show that YOU can quit. I haven't smoked since December 28th, somewhere around 4:30 am.....something like that....anyway, Im going to appeal to your vanity because sometimes it can be harder to ignore what's going on on the outside of your body because of smoking than what you are doing to yourself on the inside. Did you know that smoking contributes to acne??! totally does, think about the amount of time your germ filled hand is on your face..ew.

Also the NS Lung Association ( @NSLung) has been tweeting about a website you can go to and it will age a photo of you and how much faster your skin ages because you smoke. www.age-me.com/lung

So far, Barrie, London, Kingston, Oshawa & Moncton have submitted letters of intent to join The Rainmen, Mill Rats, and Kebs.

There will be a strong mandate for Canadian Players in The NBLCanada to develop Canadian talent.

All Teams will have Stock in the League, all Teams will be represented on a Board Of Directors, and will have an opportunity to vote on all Issues in the League.

The White House has a "Superman Tube"

A secure, soundproof telephone cabin, known as a "Superman tube" is seen in the White House Situation Room complex in the basement of the West Wing of the White House, May 18, 2007. The complex went through a major renovation in 2007 — both the size of the suite was enhanced as well as the technological capabilities.

Apparently there is a demand for the ubersafe homes surviving the Apocalypse is Top of mind for the 20-somethings....according to the KWK Firm. Here are a few photos! It's actually pretty awesome...

The "Safe House" features an indoor swimming pool, a large, covered patio, a window-wall that opens onto a spacious second-floor balcony and provides a wonderful view, and a modern, attractive open-concept design. And when the zombies come, the whole thing essentially folds up into a giant, impenetrable block of concrete!
