“U Can Have It All” takes Dance/Urban/Rhythmic Single of the Year
TORONTO, ON – For emerging R&B star JRDN, ‘having it all’ now includes a Canadian Radio Music Award (CRMA). The Halifax-born, Toronto-based singer continues his climb up the Canadian music ranks taking home the Dance/Urban/Rhythmic Single of the Year award for the popular R&B hit “U Can Have It All”.
Celebrated as part of Canadian Music Week the 14th Annual CRMA’s, held Friday, March 11, 2011 at the Fairmont Royal York Hotel in Toronto, recognize the hottest stars in Canadian Radio. JRDN beat out a talented category including Longo & Wainwright, Raghav, Quanteisha, and UGO Crew to take the award.
“U Can Have It All”, the first single off JRDN’s latest album IAMJRDN was the #1 Most Added single at CHR radio the week of its release (Mediabase), and hit the Top Ten as the #1 song by a Canadian artist (Mediabase).
