A secure, soundproof telephone cabin, known as a "Superman tube" is seen in the White House Situation Room complex in the basement of the West Wing of the White House, May 18, 2007. The complex went through a major renovation in 2007 — both the size of the suite was enhanced as well as the technological capabilities.
